PCPL is offering Gentle Beginners Yoga classes with instructor Joanna Bartles. Attendees of this class will learn breathing techniques, postures, and movements to relieve tension and tightness in muscles and joints.
All classes will start at 10:30 am on the following dates in the large meeting room:
