  1. Mother Goose on the Loose

    April 24, 2017, 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM @ Activity Room

Mother Goose on the Loose is an early literacy program, which uses classic nursery rhymes and songs to encourage pre-literacy skills in babies and toddlers from 0-24 months. Props, flannel board pieces, musical instruments and puppets are incorporated into the program. Mother Goose on the Loose is highly structured and is planned in 10-week sessions. About 90% of the material is repeated from one week to the next to provide the consistency and repetition babies crave. If caregivers plan on older siblings attending they may want to bring a doll or stuffed animal to act as the child’s “baby” during the program.
